Rules & Procedures for RETURNS:
At LeLa's Boutique, we want you to fall in love with your new pieces!
- Please review your order as soon as your receive your package. If you think you've received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately within 3 business days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. You can reach us by emailing email@example.com
- Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a store credit sent via email. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges.
- All returns must be postmarked within 15 days* of the date your package was delivered. Please allow 7-10 business days for return package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the allotted 15 day return window.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price of 30% or greater is a FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return.
Accessories, handbags, and jewelry items are non-returnable. Also, for health & sanitary reasons, leggings, intimate apparel & headwear are considered undergarments and may not be returned.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, different computer resolutions, mobile phones resolutions. This does not qualify as a defect.
- Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and all labels/ tags must be attached (if item arrived with tags) and must be in the same new condition as received.
- Shoes must be in original box if any, and unworn. Additionally, the shoe box must be placed inside another box or mailing envelope so nothing is attached to the original shoe box. Do not use tape on the original box. Most shoes will be shipped without the shoe box to keep shipping fees at a lower rate.
- Purchasers are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was a mistake on our end.

- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received. You will receive a store credit via email.
- As stated, all returns must be in new original condition. If you return an item that does not meet the above conditions, we cannot accept the item for return. Should this happen, we will forward the item back to you for a return fee of $10.
